Velocitas Athletic Performance offer an exclusive personal training service in Perth and the surrounding area. Personal training is available to non-athletes who are looking to simply improve their general wellbeing or fitness, or non-athletes who are looking to take part or improve in a sporting event.


If you are looking to simply get fit, lose weight, make aesthetic gains or get stronger, Velocitas Athletic Performance can provide simple one-to-one coaching and programmes that are extremely effective and enjoyable. There are no fads or gimmicks involved in these programmes – they are based on work that is undertaken by top athletes and focus on exercises that you find enjoyable. These programmes are carefully modified to suit people of all abilities.


The personal training offered is mobile and is the perfect solution for people who struggle to get to the gym because of work, home or other commitments and for those who want dedicated fitness support in their own personal environment. Personalised training programmes can be delivered at home, at your local park, at your place of work, at our gym, via Skype – wherever and whenever is most convenient for you. Personal training can also be undertaken in small groups if you would prefer to do it with friends.


In terms of pricing, the first step is to book a complimentary consultation. Quite simply the more you train the less your session rate becomes. Our pricing structure is below:

– Single Session, 1 Session: £40 per session

– Bronze, 4 Sessions: £35 per session

– Silver, 8 Sessions: £30 per session

– Gold, 10 Sessions: £28 per session

– Ultimate, 14 Sessions: £25 per session

Note: If you are thinking about personal training jointly with a friend, a discount will be applied to the per session price for both of you.


One of the many advantages of training with us is our flexible cancellation policy. Because we know that life sometimes gets in the way, you can cancel a booked session any time and won’t be charged a fee. What’s more, we take it upon ourselves to make up the missed session to fit in with your schedule.
